Monti, capitano coraggioso chiamato a guidare la nave in tempesta in mezzo alla bufera finanziaria, ha diramato la lista contenente i nuovi ministri. Tutti tecnici. Non entra Gianni Letta, “il grande tessitore”, con buona pace del sempreverde Rutelli e dei tanti giornalisti che da domani sprecheranno fiumi di inchiostro per raccontare le “probabili difficoltà di un esecutivo al quale manca uno come Letta”. Pazienza. In compenso c’è il banchiere Passera, già ribattezzato senza fantasia “superministro”, che nonostante il nome evocativo non si pone su un piano di perfetta continuità con il recente governo Berlusconi. Anzi. Passera vanta un bel curriculum ed ha maturato esperienze importanti non tutte riuscitissime. E’ stato in tempi lontani amministratore delegato di Olivetti, di Poste italiane e più recentemente, già ai vertici di Banca Intesa, si è occupato del famoso caso Alitalia in qualità di azionista della Cai (compagnia aerea italiana) , volgarmente conosciuta come “la cordata dei patrioti” che ha rilevato, su impulso dell’allora premier Berlusconi , la “good company” ricacciando i francesi di Air France aldilà della Alpi. E aldilà delle Alpi, molto aldilà per la verità, Passera ci era finito anche per una vicenda ben raccontata qualche tempo fa dal bravo giornalista Gerevini sul Corriere della Sera. Leggendo il pezzo si apprezza la capacità del neoministro di muoversi ben oltre gli stretti confini nazionali. Scrive infatti Gerevini di denari scudati a Madera dalla famiglia Passera nel 2009. Per un governo alla disperata ricerca di credibilità internazionale, queste, sono qualità certamente apprezzabili.
